GLOUCESTER - Charles Frederick "Fred" Pearce Jr., of Annisquam, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008 after a brief illness.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carolyn Davis Pearce, and his sons, Charles Frederick Pearce III and his wife Kate and Chandler Davis Pearce and his wife Deborah. A proud grandparent, he is also survived by his grandchildren, Charles F. Pearce IV, Noah M. Pearce and his wife Sarah, Lindsay F. Pearce, M.D., Whitney Pearce Fitts, CFA and her husband Gavin, and a much loved great granddaughter, Norah Ann Pearce.Read this article in full with a
