Ratings Record

Saturday's Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Celtics and Heat was the highest rated NBA playoff game on cable since records started being kept in 2003.

The game, which aired on ESP, did a 9.1 overall rating and a whopping 21.7 in Boston, which is the highest rating for an NBA game in the Boston media market.

It's no surprise as Boston teams continually break ratings records. This series was also extremely tight and featured two of the league's marquee franchises.
