Crunch Time

”I’m

the greatest”

49ers wide receiver Randy Moss did not mince words when talking about where he thinks he stands amongst the greatest wide receivers of all time.

“I think now that I’m older, I do think I’m the greatest receiver to ever do it,” Moss at 49ers Super Bowl media day Tuesday. “This year has been a down year for me, statistically. The year before I retired was a down year, and then in Oakland was a down year. I don’t really live on numbers. I really live on impact and what you’re able to do out on that field. I really do think that I’m the greatest receiver to ever play this game.”

Jerry Rice, the actual greatest receiver of all time challenged Moss’ claim and said he would “put his numbers up against Moss’ any day.”

Rice is without a doubt the greatest receiver to ever play the game, but Moss isn’t too far off. In fact, statistically speaking he is the second greatest receiver of all time.

Moss will be playing in his second Super Bowl on Sunday and he is looking for his first ring.

MLB stars connected to steroid dealer

Anthony Bosch, a 49 year old head of an anti-aging clinic in Miami, and the man implicated in Manny Ramirez’s positive steroid test in 2009, has been linked to several more big name Major League Baseball stars.

Records from Bosch’s company reportedly show that Alex Rodriguez, Melky Cabrera, Nelson Cruz, Gio Gonzalez and other athletes received performance enhancing drugs from Bosch, who is currently under investigation by Major League Baseball and the DEA.

Rodriguez and Cabrera have previously been linked to PEDs but Cruz and Gonzalez have been implicated for the first time.

As a result of the allegations the Yankees are reportedly looking for ways to void A-Rods contract, which has four years and over $100M remaining.
