Gloucester Boys

Head Coach: Jeff Destino (3rd Season)

Runners to Watch: Mark Horgan (C), Sr.; Jacob Holscher (C), Sr.; Matt Carpenter (C), Sr.; Josh Rudolph, Jr.; Mike Sheehan Jr.

Coach's Outlook: "Expectations are high. Realistically we can be a contender in our new conference, the Northeastern Conference Small. Our main goal is to win the conference, win the Freshman/Sophomore meet and send as many runners as we can to the state meets."

Season Opener: Wednesday, December 12 vs. Revere (Benjamin A. Smith Fieldhouse)

Gloucester Girls

Head Coach: Liz Moran (3rd Season)

Runners to Watch: Bianca Giacalone (C), Sr.; Elle Wierbicky (C), Sr.; Liz McCormack, Sr.; Kacie Quinn, Jr.

Coach's Outlook: "We have a little more depth this season than in the years past. I think we can field a solid one and two in every event. Danvers will be our toughest meet of the year but I like the way we match up against just about anybody in the Northeastern Conference."

Season Opener: Wednesday, December 12 vs. Revere (Benjamin A. Smith Fieldhouse)

Manchester Essex Boys

Head Coach: John Barbour (3rd Season)

Runners to Watch: Jacob Martz, Sr.; Erik Rajunas, Jr.; Aidan Lyons, Soph.; Charlie Davis, Fresh.

Outlook: The team is looking pretty strong. It's a large team with lots of newcomers but there is talent.

Season Opener: Wednesday, December 12 vs. Hamilton-Wenham (at Andover HS)

Manchester Essex Girls

Head Coach: John Barbour (3rd Season)

Runners to Watch: Fiona Davis, Jr.; Olivia Lantz, Soph.; Sarah Lewiecki, Jr.
