A criminal complaint for lewd, lascivious behavior against a 47-year-old Fort Square man was filed by police Thursday about 4:13 p.m.
According to police, William Secrest III had allegedly shown up at a woman’s house after she found a handmade flyer with his contact information and contacted him for handiwork.
The woman said he acted “strange” when he showed up, and had immediately tried to enter her home. She later found him allegedly exposing himself while performing a “lewd and lascivious” act outside her home.
The woman yelled to Secrest to leave as she ran from the area, and watched as he got in his truck and left. Police attempted to contact Secrest, then filed the complaint.
Edward Thompson, a 46-year-old Foster Street man, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery, after a group of youths in the area saw him allegedly grab a woman by her hair and throw her to the ground “several times” Thursday about 11:34 p.m.
Police arrested Jamie Maloney, a 51-year-old Norman Avenue man, for driving after his driver’s license was revoked and for operating an unregistered vehicle Thursday about 12:52 p.m.
