Rockport Rambles: Garden Club hosting bulb sale

The Rockport Garden Club has opened its Daffodil Bulb Boutiques at 27 School St. as a club fund-raiser.

The shop is selling daffodil bulbs for $1 each, or 13 bulbs for $12. The shop and the club will accept cash, or checks payable to the Rockport Garden Club.

Proceeds from sales of bulbs will support a variety of events provided by the Rockport Garden Club, the club’s scholarships, and several nonprofit organizations around Cape Ann.

Flu Clinic set

Lahey Health Senior Care will provide a free diabetes screening (non-fasting) and blood pressure clinic on Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Rockport Senior Center.

The center is based in the Community House at 58 Broadway. Appointments are not necessary. and all are welcome to attend.
