MANCHESTER— These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in the town of this week:

Manchester Essex Regional School Committee, noon, Middle High School library. Work retreat, committee goals and responsibilities, practice and protocols, team building; introduction of new principals, 1:30 to 2:15 p.m.; elementary school tours, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.; facilities review, 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.; new goals, budget priorities, business meeting, 6:30 p.m.

Selectmen, 5:30 p.m., Town Hall, Room 5. 6 p.m., commendation ceremony for police and fire personnel; public hearing: amendments to the Manchester Harbor Mooring Waterway Regulations, discussion with harbormaster and Harbor Advisory Committee about harbor regulations with regard to dinghies; 6:15, request for bench location in front of Town Hall; 6:20, board and committee interviews and appointments; 6:30 p.m., Donovan Field Ad-Hoc Study Committee applicant interviews; letter thanking emergency personnel for help received, acceptance of a gift, conservation easement, approve use of Masconomo Park for Annual Boosters Carnival.
