These are some of municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled this week in Gloucester. Submitted by the city of Gloucester's Committee on Citizen Participation and Public Information:

Tuesday

City Council, 7 p.m., Kyrouz Auditorium, City Hall. Vote on whether city should ask state Legislature for help moving the I-4, C-2 lot at 65 Rogers St. out of the Designated Port Area.

Historic District Commission, 7 p.m., third-floor conference room, City Hall.

Wednesday

School Committee, 7 p.m., Kyrouz Auditorium, City Hall.

Thursday

Planning Board, 7 p.m., Kyrouz Auditorium, City Hall. Continuation of public hearing regarding a hotel overlay zone proposed for 33-61 Commercial St.

Zoning Board of Appeals, 7 p.m., Kyrouz Auditorium, City Hall.

Ad Hoc Water Committee, 6 p.m., third-floor conference room, City Hall.
