MANCHESTER — A School Street man called police to report an incident of vandalism at around 9 a.m. Monday when he found graffiti on his property.

The Manchester Department of Parks and Recreation issued a reminder through police that dogs will once again be allowed on Manchester’s beaches beginning next Tuesday, Oct. 15.
