---- — Two global positioning devices — of GPS systems — were reported stolen from two different cars parked along Witham Street Saturday around 12:45 p.m., according to Gloucester Police.

The police report notes that both cars were unlocked. Officers are investigating.

Police arrested Jason Pacheco, 24, of Shepherd Street, at his home Saturday on a previous warrant charge.

Police arrested a homeless woman identified as Trina Jerome on Eastern Avenue on another warrant Saturday just before 1 p.m. The police reports did not specify the charges on either initial warrant.

A Poplar Street woman told police that a threatening message was written in blood on the back window of her car.

The woman said she wanted the incident on record, and told officers she had a suspect in mind. She reported the incident to police Friday around 9:30 a.m.

Police responded to a call regarding a reported underage drinking party on East Main Street Saturday at 10:15 p.m.

All of the suspected underage drinkers, however, ran off into neighboring yards and escaped when officers arrived.
