Babson Farm Quarry Tour at Halibut Point State Park, 10 to 11 a.m., 16 Gott Ave. Meet in parking lot by the kiosk. For all ages: includes the splitting of granite with traditional quarry tools.

29th Annual Rockport Community Egg Hunt, 2 p.m., for the children of the town, preschoolers through grade one, on the field adjacent to the Rockport Elementary School playground, 24 Jerden’s Lane.
