GLOUCESTER

Wednesday, Sept. 8 

2:04 p.m.: An officer reported that an individual on Warner Street was causing a disturbance with construction work or workers. 

11:09 a.m.: A caller from Parsons Street reported that someone smashed his or her vehicle. 

ROCKPORT

Thursday, Sept. 9

Medical emergencies on Railroad Avenue at 12:27 a.m. and Millbrook Park at 2:39 a.m. Both were transported by ambulance to Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester. 

Wednesday, Sept. 8

Medical emergencies on Railroad Avenue at 3:40 p.m. and Broadway at 8:10 p.m. Both were transported by ambulance to Addison Gilbert Hospital from on Broadway at 8:10 p. m.. 

7:44 p.m.: Officers assisted a Francis Way resident that was locked out of their home. 

7:27 p.m.: Report of a water leak at a Broadway home. Officers assisted with shutting the water supply off and advised the homeowner to contact a plumber. 

4:22 p.m.: Officers disposed of two used road flares. . 

1:45 p.m.: A Woodbury Lane resident reported a delivery truck damaged a stone wall on the property. 

11:16 a.m.: A driver on Granite Street received a verbal warning for speeding. 

MANCHESTER

Wednesday, Sept. 8

10:28 p.m.: A driver on Newport Park received a citation for speeding. 

7:44 p.m.: Officers put out a campfire lit on Back Beach. 

1:52 a.m.: A driver on Bridge Street received a verbal warning for having defective equipment. 

ESSEX

Wednesday, Sept. 8

9:21 p.m.: A driver on Harlow Street received a citation for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. The car was towed. 

9:05 p.m.: A driver on Eastern Avenue received a citation for speeding. 

8:14 a.m.: A driver on Story Street received a verbal warning for speeding. 

8 a.m.: Report of credit car fraud on Story Street. The matter is under investigation.
